Underground Mafia (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. By creating an account or playing the Game you accept this policy.

We use your data to create and maintain your account; save and sync your progress; operate features such as gangs, friends and messaging; send the notifications you opted into; protect the Game against cheating, fraud and abuse; provide support; and meet our legal obligations.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data to perform our contract with you (running the Game), for our legitimate interests (security and improvement), to comply with the law, and based on your consent (for example, push notifications), which you may withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the Game, such as our cloud hosting and database provider, the Expo push-notification service, and Apple or Google for sign-in and purchases. These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
The Game may display advertising. When it does, advertising partners may use device identifiers to show and measure ads. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we remove your account record and character data. Some anonymous, aggregated statistics may be kept for game-balance research, and limited records may be retained where the law requires.
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Residents of Türkiye have these rights under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Article 11. You can exercise any of these rights, including account deletion, from inside the Game (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing supportundergroundmafia@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords and secure on-device storage of access tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
The Game is not directed to children under the age required in your country (at least 13). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your data may be stored and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this policy. We will update the date shown above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Game.

GDPR veya benzeri yasaların geçerli olduğu yerlerde verilerini; seninle olan sözleşmemizi ifa etmek (Oyun'u sunmak) için, meşru menfaatlerimiz (güvenlik ve iyileştirme) için, yasaya uymak için ve açık rızana dayanarak (örneğin push bildirimleri) işleriz; bu rızayı dilediğin an geri çekebilirsin.
Kişisel verilerini satmayız. Yalnızca Oyun'u çalıştırmak için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşırız: bulut barındırma ve veritabanı sağlayıcımız, Expo push bildirim hizmeti ve giriş ile satın almalar için Apple veya Google. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri bizim adımıza işler. Yasanın gerektirdiği durumlarda da veri açıklayabiliriz.
Oyun reklam gösterebilir. Gösterdiğinde, reklam ortakları reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için cihaz tanımlayıcılarını kullanabilir. Reklam takibini cihaz ayarlarından sınırlayabilirsin.
Verilerini hesabın var olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabını sildiğinde, hesap kaydını ve karakter verilerini kaldırırız. Oyun dengesi araştırması için anonim, toplulaştırılmış bazı istatistikler ve yasanın gerektirdiği sınırlı kayıtlar saklanabilir.
Yaşadığın yere bağlı olarak verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesini kısıtlama veya buna itiraz etme, veri taşınabilirliği ve rızanı geri çekme haklarına sahipsin. Türkiye'de ikamet edenler bu haklara 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) 11. madde uyarınca sahiptir. Bu hakların herhangi birini, hesap silme dahil, Oyun içinden (Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil) veya supportundergroundmafia@gmail.com adresine yazarak kullanabilirsin. Ayrıca yerel veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunma hakkın vardır.
Verilerini aktarım sırasında şifreleme, hash'lenmiş parolalar ve erişim jetonlarının cihazda güvenli saklanmasıyla koruruz. Hiçbir sistem tümüyle güvenli değildir, ancak bilgilerini güvende tutmak için çalışırız.
Oyun, ülkende gereken yaşın (en az 13) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bu yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri verdiğini düşünüyorsan bize ulaş, sileriz.
Verilerin kendi ülkenin dışındaki ülkelerde saklanabilir ve işlenebilir. Gerekli olduğunda bu tür aktarımlar için uygun güvenceler kullanırız.
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıda görünen tarihi güncelleriz ve önemli değişikliklerde seni Oyun içinde bilgilendiririz.
